Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 6 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
